PromInTech Plant

PromInTech Plant is the main machine-building enterprise being a part of Siberian Industrial Group JSC, which produces shut-off and control valves with unique SPECIFICATIONS (metal-metal ball valves, designed for operation at low temperatures, in environments with a high content of hydrogen sulfide and other features).

The plant successfully certified its products in Gazprom PJSC, Novatek JSC and other companies of oil and gas sector. Connecting dimensions of ball valves comply with international standards, which allows to equip these valves with any drives of domestic and foreign manufacturers.

Plant's activities

PromInTech Plant is a production, engineering company offering complex solutions in the field of production, maintenance, commissioning, testing of oil and gas equipment for companies of the Fuel and Energy Complex.

The plant is equipped with

Modern high-technology test workbenches that allow to test the ball valves according to the GOST R 54808-2011 and API 6D standards;
Workbenches for DN50 - 300 and DN300 - 700 sizes;
Maximum generated pressure – is 420 bar, test environment: water, air;
Computers with special software allowing to register all test results in real time;

the plant is certified according to GOST ISO 9001-2011;

the production line is unique and was developed by specialists of the Izhevsk Insulation Plant. Its design capacity is not less than 25.000 m of finished products per month, with the possibility of a two-threefold increase in capacity.
Installations for DN50 - 300 and DN100 - 700 sizes.
