The Regulation on the organization and conduction of procurement procedures, regulates the procurement activities of Siberian Industrial Group JSC , contains requirements for procurements, methods for carrying out the necessary procedures, as well as the procedure for concluding and executing contracts.
This Regulation is designed to fully and timely meet the needs of the Group's Enterprise in products that meet the requirements of the Procurement Documentation on the best proposed conditions and establish the setup for planning, preparing and conducting the Procurement Procedures.
