TVEL-Tobolsk Production Association is one of the oldest, largest and most modern manufacturers of insulated pipes in the Russian Federation, which specializes in applying various types of anti-corrosive and heat-insulating coatings to steel pipes and joints of pipelines. JSC TVEL production facilities allow producing at least 2 million meters of pipes with polyethylene coating and at least 1 million meters of pipes with heat-insulation per year.

Rosneft adopted a resolution to use the products of TVEL-Tobolsk Plant for the design, construction and reconstruction of field pipelines.
