Izhevsk Insulation Plant is a member of JSC Siberian Industrial Group and an enterprise specializing in production of pipes with an anti-corrosion coating for the oil and gas industry. The plant's capacities allow in-line coatings application with observation the high quality of operations.

Relying on the positive conclusion issued to Izhevsk Insulation Plant by the laboratory for the design of polymer coatings for oil and gas equipment and structures of the Russian State University of Oil and Gas named after I. М. Goubkin, Rosneft decided to use the products of Izhevsk Insulation Plant for the design, construction and reconstruction of field pipelines.
