On March 14 – 16, 2017 the 13th International Scientific and Practical Conference «The Status And The Prospects Of Application Of Protective Coatings Of The Equipment And The Facilities Of Oil And Gas Industry» was held.

The conference was attended by more than 150 delegates, including leading experts of: PJSC NK ROSNEFT, Samarsky ITC, LLC (PJSC NK Rosneft), PJSC GAZPROM NEFT, NII Transneft LLC, BashNIPIneft LLC, a branch of LUKOIL-Engineering LLC, PermNIPIneft, OJSC Surgutneftegas, JSC SIG, Institute TatNIPIneft, PJSC Tatneft and other oil and gas companies; representatives of manufacturers of pipes, protective coatings, of contractors and construction companies.

The JSC SIG technical specialists managed to exchange experience on increasing the reliability and efficiency of various facilities, equipment of the oil and gas industry, get acquainted with the latest technological solutions and development of protective coatings.

The conference discussed the latest trends in the oil and gas industry and promising developments referred to protective coatings and technologies for their application. Participants shared their experience in applying methods and technical means to control energy efficiency and reliability of pipelines, downhole equipment, tanks and vessels. Issues of standards defining criteria of coatings quality have also been addressed.
