On May 5 and 6, 2018, with the general support of "Siberian Industrial Group" JSC subsidiaries, the second stage of the SMP Russian Series of Ring Races starts.
The companies The Trading House "Siberian Industrial Holding" LLC and The Trading House "Siberian Industrial Group" LLC, which are the members of "Siberian Industrial Group JSC" production holding, announce the start of the second stage in the SMP tournament of the Russian Series of Ring Races (SMP RSRR), which will be held on May 5 and 6, 2018 year at the "Smolenskoye Koltso" motor-racing track. Here, as well as at the opening of the season in Grozny, there will be participants of the 5 classes - Touring, Touring Light, Super-Production and National, as well as the Primary Schools of the Northern Urals. In addition, young athletes from the European series SMP Formula 4 NEZ Championship will come again to the Smolensk route. Thus, a busy weekend will consist of 11 races. And in between the races spectators will be able to communicate with the pilots during autograph sessions, try their hand at the wheel of computer simulators, take part in show programs and arrange a holiday for children on the playground. Autodrome "Smolenskoye Ring" - a Russian race track of international level, designed to conduct ring races. The length of the route is 3357 meters, the width of the canvas is 12-15 meters. In the development of the configuration of the race track took part Herman Tilke - "court architect of Formula 1". The master used the peculiarities of the terrain landscape with maximum interest, as a result of which the automobile races on the "Smolensk Ring" are really spectacular.
